    Well “someone” photoshopped his birth certificate, so it might well be manufactured.

    I suspect you know the answer to your question, but just in case: do you think they would not make an exception for the President? Especially a President who is (still) loved in the UK?

    He wasn’t photoshopped walking around the rocks.
