So New Jersey’s very wealthy governor knows what is best for the owners of property in New Jersey!

Does anyone else reading this see that the “half” below market rates was stolen from the landloard. And, made that apartment unavailable to some one else who deserved it.

The Guv is in the business of picking winners from those who will vote for him!

Sadly, the gooferment ensures that there is LESS housing on the market by this socialism!
