I did try the new version. But the darn thing locked up the whole setup during install. So, I’ll wait to hear how others do.

Hi,
Do you have Nvdia Desktop Manager installed on your computer?
It might be linked to your performance options. We invite you to modify your setting in order to go through the indexing process for the bigger files/emails/email attachments once and for all.
1. In your desktop search program, click Tools.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Indexing and Performance tab.
4. Clear the checkboxes next to all options in the Indexing Performance section.
5. Let the indexing process run over night.
6. Change your performance options to your previous setting if desired.
If you still have issues, your desktop search program could also be unable to index a particular file or email.
Try this:
1. Start your desktop search program.
2. Click Tools.
3. Select “Indexing Status”.
4. Click the Details button.
5. Verify if the application keeps trying to index a file or email over and over again.
If this is the case then:
a. Try to move this file or email to a folder not indexed by your desktop search program.
b. See if the indexing process can take place.
If a specific email or file seems to be causing the issue then please send it to us.
Let us know about the results of these verifications.
Sincerely,
